The mission of DB BahnPark GmbH is to optimise the parking situation at the railway stations and thereby offer travellers sufficient numbers of parking spaces in the direct vicinity of their station. With DB BahnPark, DB Group now includes parking at stations as an active offering in its range of products and services.The mission of DB BahnPark is to ensure the smooth transfer of rail travellers from their cars to the train and vice versa. The company accordingly focuses on parking spaces lying within a radius of 250 metres in the immediate vicinity of the railway stations. Here DB BahnPark defines new quality standards for all of , and makes sure those standards are implemented. Parking at the station also embodies the key 3-fold concept of the DB Group: Service, Safety and Spotlessness. In this way DB BahnPark perfectly fits into a comprehensive and customer-oriented station development concept.

In its capacity as industrial and commercial insurance broker, DVA offers its services to a wide range of companies and organisations for their entire insurance portfolio. In this way DVA isurance specialists, engineers work together as one team.

In its capacity as industrial and commercial insurance broker DVA services the entire insurance portfolio of a wide range of companies and organisations.

As reinsurance broker DVA offers its services to primary insurers for reinsurance of risks they have underwritten. From time to time insurers encounter problems of limited capacity. Consequently in extreme circumstances they require reinsurance protection to cope with major exposures.

DB Vertrieb GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn, is exclusively responsible for marketing and selling tickets for the passenger transport services offered by DB and many other transport companies.

It forms the interface between Deutsche Bahn and around five and a half million passengers who board trains every day.

DB Vertrieb is also responsible for product management of mobility services across all passenger transport. With around 850,000 ticket sales and reservations each day, it has positioned itself as the leading provider of public transport sales services. The company and its subsidiaries employ around 6,400 people across Germany.

DB Vertrieb today primarily generates revenues for the business units via seven sales channels: internet/mobile, DB ticket vending machines, DB Travel Centres, DB Agencies, the ticket subscription centre, the telephone travel service and ticket sales on board trains. It also carries out revenue accounting. It finances itself through commissions that are determined by the service agreements with its business partners.

Alongside the centrally managed units "Business Development and Customer Management After Sales", "Online Sales" and "Sales Commercialization Public Transport", the station sales channels have a regional structure led by the "Regional Sales" central unit. Special customer groups are directly served by international sales, national target group sales and corporate customer sales in the "Business Partner Sales" unit.

As an experienced back office service provider, DB Vertrieb offers its customers professional revenue accounting including clearing, accounting and reporting. The Cash Management area of DB Vertrieb, with its extensive range of services – cash logistics, cash accounting, ticket machine management – is in particular demand from customers outside DB. Its portfolio sets it apart from other service providers.

Deutsche Bahn's in-house customer service provider DB Dialog GmbH and the Ameropa tour operator are both part of DB Vertrieb.

Since 2001, DB Zeitarbeit GmbH – a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG has been enabling clients in the transportation and logistics industry sector as well as public authorities to flexibly respond to any personnel requirements.
