With Deutsche Bahn's motorail train you can travel from 16 terminals to attractive destinations in Germany, France, Italy and Austria. These services are not only stress-free and avoid road traffic congestion for the passenger, but are also climate friendly, as the carbon emissions of a journey with DB Autozug are roughly 67 per cent lower than the same journey made by car.

In December 2007, the various night train products offered by DB were amalgamated under the City Night Line brand. City Night Line operates 16 routes  to 7 neighbouring countries: Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.DB European Railservice (ERS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DB AutoZug GmbH and bundles the core competencies of service, management and operational on-board services on night trains and motorail services at DB.
