Deutsche Bahn AG foresees major opportunities from its participation in an international consortium for establishing and expanding combined transport (CT) in China. A joint venture named China United International Rail Containers Co., Ltd. (CUIRC), in which DB holds an eight-percent interest, was founded in March of last year.
