Special service for corporate clients – business travel with Deutsche Bahn

skip: Special service for corporate clients – business travel with Deutsche Bahn
Business travellers who opt for Deutsche Bahn profit from flexible and comfortable travel. Corporate clients not only save money when they travel by rail, but can also have their employees taken to the airport - the economical and ecological option.

Deutsche Bahn offers small and medium-sized companies a corporate client portal (www.bahn.de/bahncorporate) which enables them to handle their business travel arrangements not only inexpensively, but also flexibly and with minimum fuss. You can book tickets on the Internet round the clock and print them out yourself, and of course you can contact us by phone or e-mail if you need advice. The more your employees travel by rail, the more money your company can save, because discounts are graded according to your annual ticket sales volume.

As from an annual sales volume of EUR 3,000, for example, your company is entitled to three per cent discount, and the rate rises to four per cent for ticket sales of EUR 10,000 or more. Needless to say, your employees can claim BahnCard reductions and also use all saver fares and discounts for accompanying persons ("Mitfahrer-Rabatt").

For corporate clients, the City-Ticket which entitles them to use local public transport at their destination is included in the ticket. This means that even business travellers who do not have a BahnCard can continue their journey by local transport in more than 80 cities without having to buy a separate ticket.

And for those who wish environmentally friendly travel, Deutsche Bahn offers a Rail&Fly programme: travellers using DB partner airlines can use the entire German rail network to get to the airport as part of their airline ticket. This naturally applies to the return journey, too.
