1. FUM 100.128 catenary renewal machine

The FUM is a modern, high-performance unit for fast, accurate and cost-effective installation or replacement of contact wire and carrying cable. The design of the system enables the contact wire and carrying cable to be installed in just one working pass with the final operating tension. All winches are designed as tilting units. Wire and cable are also installed with the correct stagger.

2. MTW 100 motor tower wagon

The MTW 100 is a four-axle, diesel-hydraulically powered track maintenance vehicle. With its comprehensive range of equipment and features, its extremely smooth working travel and its reliability, the vehicle provides enormous operational versatility for the installation, maintenance and servicing of catenary systems. Traction control allows several vehicles to be controlled from one cabin, which enables large trailer loads to be transported.

3. GAF 100 R/H track maintenance vehicle

The GAF 100 is a two-axle, multi-purpose vehicle the installation, maintenance and servicing of catenary systems. Other uses include the inspection and maintenance of general civil engineering structures, such as tunnels and bridges/viaducts.

4. OMF catenary installation vehicle

OMF is a vehicle equipped for the installation, maintenance and servicing of catenary systems. The standard version of the bogie vehicle is equipped with two driver's cabs, a crew room, plus a workshop and storage area. The vehicle is equipped with a freely moving elevating work platform, a crane fitted with a work cage, a carrying cable and contact wire positioning system, and a test pantograph linked to a computer to record the data. Connections for electrical and pneumatic tools are also provided.

5. W – 20 – ENR catenary installation wagon

The catenary installation wagon is used to wind the contact wire and carrying cable onto drums continuously and simultaneously. It is equipped with 2 hydraulic winch units. The contact wire and the carrying cable are wound onto separable conical storage drums through a hydraulically operated main mast equipped with guides. Drums are unloaded using  a hydraulic crane mounted on the vehicle. The catenary installation wagon is an integral part of the catenary renewal complex, but can also be used separately.

6. TW drum carrier

The TW 503 is used in combination with the catenary installation wagon  to take up the contact wire and carrying cable.
