The Swiss Army knife for easy travel planning
Lambus is an all-in-one travel platform to help groups plan and enjoy their adventures together. Whether you are travelling locally or internationally, Lambus brings together every aspect of the trip, from the itinerary to tickets and travel documents, photos, chat and organizing travel expenses. Every step from planning to enjoying your trip is integrated in a single app, meaning no more need to grapple with printouts or switch between different apps for every part of the journey.
Groups can book DB tickets directly in the app
Many well-known sights that are a must for visitors from abroad are easily accessible by bus and train. The Länder-Tickets from Deutsche Bahn (DB) are a simple, low-cost option for groups. They allow up to five people to travel together on local and regional transport within a single federal state (e.g. Bavaria).
These and all other DB tickets can now be booked directly via the group travel app, which suggests the correct ticket to the user in several languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin and Hindi. For visitors from abroad, who may be unfamiliar with the local fare system and German language, this will make rail travel even easier and more convenient.
The founders from Osnabrück took part in a three-month start-up support program in the DB mindbox in 2019.
