We take over all accounting tasks
The Shared Service Center (SSC) is the partner for accounting excellence for the entire DB Group. It integrates all four main accounting processes from across the Group – accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and general ledger activities – and performs them centrally.
The DB SSC Germany in Berlin will take over all the tasks currently performed by the approximately 70 accounting locations across the country. This will make the SSC a central point of contact and service partner in all accounting-related matters.
All the DB Group’s accounting activities around the world – including DB Schenker, DB Cargo and Arriva – will be centralized at three SSC locations: the SSC Germany in Berlin, the SSC Europe in Bucharest (Romania) and the SSC Asia in Manila (Philippines).

The SSC is responsible solely for internal accounting tasks and for suppliers of the DB Group. Information about the invoicing to Deutsche Bahn entities can be found on our invoice portal.
To ensure that DB customer concerns regarding questions on fare reimbursement, charges for BahnCard subscriptions, etc. can be addressed as quickly as possible, we also have skilled contact persons available to answer these specific questions.
